Telkom is now a **** provider

<p>2016, Last week in November i have open my Restaurant in Davenport. A month prior to this i have done an application form for my Telkom Business line. I was promised by their consultant Mr Ravi Reddy, that if i do take a router , my landline would be installed much quicker. Two weeks after my aplication "WAS SO CALLED SUBMITTED", i have called Telkom to find out when my line would be installed, somehow they have lost my application, so i had to redo one, this process of lost and redoing application happen 4 times so far, with my bussiness still not having a line. So now i am left with a router and no landline, i am desperate for help as their call centres dont assist at all, im told that i cant even cancel my router...Telkom has ****med me to get what they needed, my sale of the router, thereafter i was thrown, and still held down to their dog house...disgusting service to be given to people who make your business by the service we take.</p>
