Telkom is now a ****

Telkom has become the worst ISP for me I ordered a new contract for R99 which i cancelled in 7 days and did not use and was billed 3 times more. It been only 2 months yet they deduct each month but my invoice now say R 531 instead of R99. it just keeps going up and no help form them have opened a dozen of tickets with them
