Telkom is **** now.

We used to have a 20MB VDSL line which was perfect, never had any troubles with the line, but then a cable was ****** in welkom, which now impacts the city that i live in, Telkom refuses to replace the line, instead letting everyone go over to their ****ty LTE modems, cant even play a 2002 multiplayer games, without constant disconnect, i'll be watching a Youtube video, random drops have to wait for internet to come online again. Wanted to log a fault but when i type our Number in there is no options to log a fault on the site. Telkom's service is getting extremely **** as of late. I hate saying this becuase weve been with them for over 10 years, but honestly not worth it anymore.
