Telkom is nothing compared to MTN

Review: "I bought data the 25th April and instead of receiving the data, I received a reference number.

I called Telkom about 4 times and was told to call as much as I can because then I might receive my data sooner

Today is the 3rd April and I still haven't received my data - 2G R140. A refund is not possible either

When will I receive my data????????"

Response to Telkom: "Hi Moenieb How long will this still take? Am I to receive my data a month later??? What is the new reference number for, for me to call as much as I can so that this too can be seen to?"

It is now a month later and this issue still hasn't been resolved - Telkom took my money and couldn't be bothered about it. I hope this gets the attention of the service managers as this is unbelievable.
