Telkom is nothing but a **** and *****s from its customers

I've been a very good and loyal Telkom customer. The changes happened recently when I notice a change in my bill, I've been on fixed amount of R243 every month. Below is my complaints I've been trying to send to telkom but to no luck. Kindly assist in this matter. This is the company I hate so much, I am now even hating Idols because of them, they ***** from the poor to support their events. I have a contract with Telkom, I've been paying R243. Every month, the problem started when my contract was at the last 4 months before it ended. May the charged me +- R745 then I thought they've made a mistake and I disputed that and they came back saying dispute resolved, months of June the debited R3900, I then flipped and went mad over this, I've been trying to contact them at the same time telling them I'm not the one buying data as my phone was broken at the time, my sim card was in my purse the whole time this is happening, I then received another statement stating that I owe Telekom R19595.00 this was in a period of 2 months . I phoned a logged a case 2*** then they said someone was going to call me and discuss this with me, they called me on my cell and I was at work and could not answer and asked if they can give me a call on my landline during office hours, they then twisted the times and after a 3rd attempt they, closed the case, I then phoned Telkom again and asked for the case to be re-opened and got a 2nd case no 2***, I waited for 2 full weeks for feedback but nothing happened, I phoned them to find out what was happening and they said it was still under investigation, 3 days later when I phoned them they telling me the case is closed. In the mean time they dragging my name in the mud, I want my name cleared on credit buro and I want nothing to do with telkom. I will never open anything with them in my life. The poor service, no proper channels for your clients to complain. I hope they can read this, I will never pay for the services I didn't use. The only amount I owe Telkom is for 4months R243 x 4.
