Telkom is nothing but ****.

I had Telkom call and offer me a phone on contract. And I went through with the application and they decided, which was declined. And instead of having them cancel the entire order. They decided to send me a sim card which I have no desire to use and I asked them to come take it back and reverse whatever the debit order we'd initially agreed upon and they assured me that it's inactive and that they won't deduct anything

And now...4 months later, I still have them debiting my account without my permission and at this point. I'm just really concerned about my credit record.

So please just make sure that you terminate your stupid contract, because I obviously did not get the phone you'd offered.
