Telkom is not worth it

I have recieved the worst service ever from telkom, seems that the company is too big to worry about the smal guy. its been three weeks now and still my line is not moved from my old adress to my new adress, I am paying for a service that i cannot use, and every person that i speak to is giving me a different story, I study online and I have been unable to sent in 3 tasks now, telkom is going to cuase me to have to repeat the year becuase of their incompetence. may these people just wake up and start doing their jobs.
