Telkom is not will to fix network on my phone

hi, i called telkom on the 17 january 2018 for problem on my phone, my phone is not receiving or making calls it drops or cancel the call,

i called them and they said they can see there is a problem, and it will be fixed within 3 days, today is the 01 of feb and no solution nobody called and i have called 3 times but no one is solvng my issue, i even send email to the person who will handle my case ********** yesterday but he didnt bother to respond, and worse part these vultures are taking my money at the end of the month but with no service promised , im ****ed
