Telkom is not what they say they are

I was rodded and I submitted a claim and it a whole process to do a claim I have to go back and forth they don't help me instore I was told to call in the the call will be free I paid for the call I was told claims takes 72 hours its been 5days i did it online emailing after mail but nothing there is no option to get help when you call the 081180 evens
