Telkom is not welkom

Biggest regret, I did a port from Mtn to Telkom because of Mtn data cost. I did it a month ago and I'm still waiting, everytime I follow-up they say "there is nothing the can do", I went this morning to the store and they said i must wait for 5-7 days again. Please do no port to Telkom, if you think you're saving, you are really not, there customer service is pathetic.
