TELKOM is not trustworthy

Three months back I enquired about a contracts sim that was offering 20G during the day and 20 at night that was going for 199 per month . I app**** for two SIM cards and a router... to my surprise they delivered only one SIM card . When I calld to inquire because it is not what I signed up I cannot get assistance... I want to cancel the contract since it is not what we agreeed on . I have never used the SIM card and they keep billing .
