Telkom is not taking the clients queries serious

I spoke to a sales agent named Mthokozisi Masilela and specified what type of phone i want and to my surprise i got what i did not order, i spoke to him and his manager on what i want and was promised to get what i want but i didn't.the sales agent did not bother to call to check if i got the device if im happy or whatever.i have been calling trying reach him and his supervisor whom i both spoke to about the specification of the device i want.i did not even receive any contracting for the new device but it is debiting since April 2025 yet the device and phone is not in use. I have been calling to get the device collected since the 26th of March 2025 so they can cancel my order as i was not happy. Till today the device has not been collected, i call everyday and get different agents and i am told my matter is escalated but nothing has happened. I send emails almost daily to *** onky to get responses from Nozibusiso Ngcobo,Ayanda Gumede,Zandile Madonsela etc the list is endless of people i spoke to over the phone. The order number for the device to be collected is ***A and the job number is TCAPVY019195 that i was given that i need to follow up with but till today my cries have not been heard. I'm a loyal telkom client but this situation has compromised my relationship with telkom. Your assistance with this case will be highly appreciated.
