Telkom is not taking my business seriously

I have reported a fault on a Telkom like, We call them every day with no success, Internet down time has costed my business a huge loss, We are loosing client each passing day. Fault number: 37BRK030815, We have escalated this some many time with one success. Can we please get someone to come fix our line
