Telkom is not suitable for businesses

We are running a software design company - we cannot do our work without internet. Our internet has been down for over 2 weeks in the middle of Cape Town, and nothing is wrong, except that our account is suspended. Technical (Mooney) says he can't help, he can just see that the account is suspended, not why. I must speak to accounts. Tabiseng in accounts says she dont have access to the system to see the reason. On her system the account is shown active. Dumi from Cancellations (go figure) can access the system, but IT suspended her password as well and now she cant get into the system either. The line just stopped working, and according to all available departments it should not be suspended. Yes it took 2 weeks to get this far. I would not recommend telkom to a business if the CEO must sit on the phone days on end to get help. I tried chat, email, log fault - all useless. Here are how long I held on only today: 8:30am-51mins, 9:45am-22mins, 10:42-46mins: 12:10-19 mins, 3:06pm-47 mins This is calling the BUSINESS helpline. Oh escalations dont work. How can businesses tolerate this kind of service level? Telkom cant help me now - should I cancel the contract?
