Telkom is not so great

I called telkom for a cellphone contract and during the application i was informed that they are running a special on a pocket router. I acceptes the cellphone contract and the router deal. On 22 May 2019 a parcel arrived from telkom. I opened the brown box and discovered that the cellphone was not in the box only the router was. I immediately called them and inquired. I was told i did not qualify for the cellphone. I informed them that they must then collect the router as it was an addition to what i wanted. They agreed and i was informed it will take up to 7 days for the collection to take place, 2 weeks went by no collection. I called them agin in June 2019 and they did not collect instead they kept debit my account for a device i told them i dont want upon receipt. I called them again in July and finally they came to collect it but they keep debiting my account. Today i recieved an email that i owe the R691.94 but i have never used they device and i told the to collect it on the same day i recieved it.
