Telkom is not serious about customer service

I am extremely miffed by the service I received from Telkom, My router has been ****** and I have requested that my sim card be blocked avoiding ******* enjoying my hard earned money. I was explicitly told there is nothing they can do to assist. I only want the sim card to be blocked.
