Telkom is not off the hook

I have had no response at all from Telkom regarding fault no. 291CWK250216. I have tried phoning their call centre on numerous occasions and each time after hanging on for at least 40 minutes, I am still left listening to the same boring adverts. Will someone out there at least attend to my issue and ensure that I have a functional telephone and am able to communicate with the world.
