Telkom is not Monate

I app**** for an upgrade of an existing contract on the 11th of April. To date (08/05/2025) I have not receive the device. The upgrade is advertised on their website with a voucher. Now the phone is available but not the voucher.

Due too that it is delayed. Why then advertise something you do not have. Is that not false adverti*****t ? No one can tell me when I will receive this phone but I will stat paying the new contract at the end of the month. And the interesting thing is the useless way of reading a script of "telkom monate" yet when you do not feel like explaining the problem you just drop the phone. I would rather than vetting me, telkom should vet there staff. It is rude and then you say you are recording the call. Really look into your staff and do not advertise something you do not have.
