Telkom is not improving and is still a nightmare

For Telkom being a parastatal company is a huge challenge. They can't bill their own customers and each consultant is feeding a different information. My account was debited till I ran into arrears as they were debiting R1040.72 every second for 2 weeks. No their own current statement shows that I have to pay R694. What prompted them to debit my account in the manner they did and still expect me to make payments for the month when my bank account ran into arrears of almost a R1000 cause of their ignorance. No man Telkom is very very cruel. I want my money
