TELKOM IS NOT FAIR!!

I took a router with Telkom years back and finished paying it off. Then they offered me a month to month data that could be cancelled at any given stage. They did not debit premiums and came back and debited 3 months premiums in full I reversed because I did not afford and they never discussed this with me and sent an email to cancel this service was told to do it online, went online and could not cancel I went to the branch and they said they cannot cancel it for me but should call the Call Center, called the call centre they told me they can't cancel as it's in arrears and it has been escalating since then from R99 to now R3700 and has been handed over and still escalating I am not able to pay R3700, Telkom suspended simcard data from month 3 of arrears but continued debiting my account leaving me with unnecessary charges and increasing arrear amount. This is not good service nor good customer experience but a R I P OFF from consumer side. I am not at all satisfied and very disappointed with Telkom and will not recommend to any of my friends and family
