Telkom is not coping

So Telkom has introduced a new ticket queuing system and i thought the service will be better and faster but nothing has changed. My ticket states that estimated queuing time is 10 minutes, I have been waiting for exactly 40 minutes...clearly nothing is working they need to just shut down the store because they not coping
