Telkom is not a loyal internet service provider

<p>Its been a month now since my internet stopped working I made several calls laying the complain and pleading for a technicain to come and assist me .No one has came yet every time I call they promise me one thing a technician will come its now month end they will debit the internet money into my account yet I didn't use it for a month.Telkom is not a loyal internet service provider they have empty promises I can't believe a big company like you would do such a thing to a loyal customer with almost 3 years with you.</p>
