Telkom is not a good store

Telkom is not a good store. I had a phone insurance with them, when I claim for a new phone I experienced bad poor service I had to call them several times until I got a new phone. After that I canceled insurance two months down the line they are still deducting while I canceled it during July. May you please help me out.
