TELKOM IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY PEOPLE ARE CRYING BECAUSE OF TELKOM

I have a contract with Telkom so I was paying nicely and I change the bank I give them new accounts my mistake I was not aware that I have to accept the debit order same month I call them they advice me to go to pick n Pay second month same story I go to pick n Pay before month end I beg them to put another stop order so in order i can accept it they decided to hand me over to ITC they told me if they dnt get money there's a penalty of R200 its unfair now i ask them to put the stop order they want me R1200 for 6 months nd I owe them only 2 months January February now its March and all of them they hung up the phone i need a help because to take that ARREAS on ITC it's my own problem even if I can pay them have paid up letter still I have to contact experian etc why it difficult to them to take me out there even if I pay them full need advise
