Telkom is nonsense

What's wrong with telkom'billing system, I can't be calling them a thousand times to open my Sim only to have them tell me the payment doesn't reflect, a payment made over a week ago I still have to suffer For it? Maybe if I reverse it that way they will be the one calling. Such a nightmare!
