Telkom is nonsense

I took a data contract with Telkom last year September they were suppose to debit for the first time on the seventh unfortunately i had an emergency i phoned the and asked them to debit on the 15th of which they never did they suspended the service and now they always come whenever they feel like to my account and they've never found any money. Worse part is they send a statement via mms of which we are in 2024 no body notices and mms they have my details including email but they chose mms. I am now told that I owe R3000 of their data that I didn't use can someone assist me please I'm unemployed and these people are ruining my name on itc, I phone their call centre they refused to give me their head office line, I twitter them nothing helped
