TELKOM IS NONSENSE. DO NOT TAKE THEIR CELLPHONE INSURANCE.

The worst cellphone insurance to take is fron Telkom, it's been 5 weeks now without a phone. The only communication to me was 2 weeks ago, telling me my phone has been allocated to a repairer. I mean it took a whole 3 weeks to allocate my phone to someone who is to repair, and it's currently taking even more for them to repair it. Really? I'm even considering forgetting about that phone now, I should have come here and read these other reviews before I took the insurance.

I'm NEVER taking it ever again. I even tried to communicate with them, in all means possible, no results. A useless organization I tell you.
