Telkom is nonsense

If i could i would rate zero. I have been loyal to them for 10 years the treatment i am receiving is pathetic. Yes my account got behind it was something out of my control so last week i made arrangements and stood by my arrangement infact i paid more than was expected of me and i was told it would not be a problem. And here i have a problem they dont know what da hell is going on in thier own company
