TELKOM IS NONSENSE !!

I regret having a data contract with Telkom! I had a data contract I took out in November 2018 which was 24 months. I lost my job in 2019 which led to me being in arrears. 2020 I caught up on my arrears and paid off the account. To my knowledge the contract ended in 2020 November and by then I had long caught up in the arrears I had. An agent called me to find out if I want to continue getting data and they will lower my payments to R99 a month, I was NOT INTERESTED AND I MADE THAT VERY CLEAR, MY CONTRACT PERIOD HAD ENDED AND I PAID EVERY INSTALLMENT. From January 2021 they've been deducting R99 on my account, I've been reversing those debit orders because I know for a fact my contract ended.and to show you how ***** they are,they have never sent me any invoices since I paid off the account. When you have a contract you receive monthly invoice like clockwork, when they deduct money thievingly they are quiet,you can't get through to their call center!! They are ruining my credit score ! I'm so angry and I will never take up a contract with them ever again!!!!!
