TELKOM IS NON - EXISTANT

This year is only a month and 12 days old. During this time our TELKOM BUSINESS line has been down for a whole month now. I have made more calls to the center where complaints are logged than I wish to remember. The answers are always the same - They are sorry and apologize for the inconvenience. Our business has not been able to make or receive one call, we cannot do any credit card deals and our wifi is also down. We can actually close the store and go home. I think TELKOM is pathetic and need a wake-up call. They are fully aware that they have NO competition is SA and they are abusing that situation.
