Telkom is no use!!

I requested numerous times to have my wifi sorted as we moved to a new house. When I called in last week, I was told that I missed my appointment but no one showed up to my house. They promised me that I will receive a new date with 48 hours... it's a week later. still nothing. Try phoning their 10213 number.... OH PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are on hold for 40 minutes then the calls gets cut.
