TELKOM IS NO HELP

I am so sick and tired of Telkom. They are the worst company to deal with I am on the phone for so long trying to get hold of someone that can assist me. I get hold of one operator working from home and she put me on hold. Why can't we get straight through to a call centre agent to assist us, this is ridiculous. If my contract was older I would be cancelling it right now. Angry and Disappointed long time customer. Now I am on hold for 14 minutes.
