Telkom is no go area with interest connection problems

My internet connection still not working today, I followed up yesterday and was advised that my refence is closed was provided with another reference and asked to wait another few days for assistance. My patience is over after being a loyal client to Telkom over a decade and being an unhappy client which is paying for the service which I'm not using😔😔
