Telkom is **** network service

Telkom is ****. Loaded R16 airtime 1st July 2021 and converted to data on their *123# mo nice portal. R16.10 taken but data was never activated. Bought again R20 airtime 02 July 2021 converted the same, still data is not activated but my money/airtime was deducted. And even when I try to check balance, restarted my phone over n over, but still have no data...i need my airtime refunded...**** network and I love it...but can't continue like this...
