Telkom is network nightmare

Even 1 star is being generous! Had a contract with them, they started increasing the amount. I asked why, they said its subscriptions. I asked what subscriptions and they couldn’t tell me. It went to the point where I had to pay more than double the premium. I cancelled it, even that process of cancelling is a nightmare. All the case numbers ***2, ***5 and ***5, none were resolved but they keep on saying investigation. Also their network is useless, zero connection. Defeating the purpose of being an Internet Service Provider.
