Telkom is my nightmare

<p>I have a case against telkom mobile since august 2014 and still no resolution.</p> <p>My recent issue with telkom is that i took my phone out on the 15 june 2015 and my warranty is for 12 months, i took my phone to be booked in for repair on the 15 june 2016, on my last valid warranty day. I just returned from the store where i was previously advised i will not be charged to find out they have charged me out of warranty to fix my phone, the guy in store was so unhelpful n so abrupt, even with the customer before me, i asked how do i escalate and he said online, no specifics given, i asked to speak to vernon the manager, and he doesnt know when he will be in. I dont owe telkom anything, this is a shrude company with horrible customer service.</p>
