Telkom is misleading the customers.
I had done an online application for pocket router R99 deal. However the consultant contacted me and said that she cannot see the deal on the system as it was over, she advised on the R139 per month for 20g. She did advise my application was approved and she pre vetted me. I then get an sms saying I was declined, I want to know why it was declined and why did the consultant tell me I was approved.
