Telkom is ****ming people and they are financially abusing their customers

Telkom is the worse service provider, i have been over charged every month, i have called, emailed and even filed an investigation, no solution was found. The call service is the worst! They will put you on hold for over 10 minutes, i have exhausted all that is me to get help but nothing. I have asked for voice recordings numerous times and they couldn't provide. They just went AWOL when its time for them to be held accountable . But on the debit date they take the money I did not agree to. Honesty they need to get their act together. What they are doing is day light *******
