Telkom is ****ming people

I hate Telkom mobile their customer service is ***********, open a contract with them 2022 and I signed an agreement with them to deduct my account on the 25th of each month the contract will expire in July the issue is in December they went to my account on the 22nd to debit the money and I was not paid by then and worse they did not even ask me if it’s ok for them to debit on the 22nd like other companies the debit was returned and they came back on the 29th to debit the account and it went through come January they did not debit my account , I called them they told me telkom did not debit my account it was the 3rd party who debuted my account and I was not informed then only now when I query they even charged me R270 because they handed over my account and I was not even aware , fine I paid everything and they acknowledged the payment but when I asked them moving forward what’s going to happen to my account are they still going to debit or am I paying cash I did not get the response until today when nudebt called me that I need to make payment I am owing telkom when I ask for which month they said February in my head m thinking the month is not over yet and Telkom did not tell me that moving forward I will be dealing with nudebt telkom is a **** they supporting their friends with our money because you cannot hand over someone for one return debit and worse it’s you who went and debit on the wrong date, I have been paying them for almost two years now my contract is almost finish they giving me this treatment because they want to support their friends business I am their customer for goodness sake and when u hand over someone you have to give them a warning first. I hate Telkom with passion I even regret opening the account with them
