Telkom is messing up my credit, no help from them

Telkom is messing my credit up, now it seems I have R21 548.54 of unpaid deft for an account I DO NOT HAVE. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TO GET ASSISTANCE....AGAIN I NOTE I JAVE SUBMITTED ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THAT I FO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. NOW I HAVE DEBITS BOUNCING BACK MESSING MY CREDIT RECORD. WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO SCREAM IN ORDER TO BE ASSISTED. I do not have an account with Telkom, never have. TELK ********** 37C190215. Regards Unhappy individual who is not being assisted.
