Telkom is messed up
<p>I took out a router that comes with 2 simcards for 15 gb and 2 gb. The agreement was that i pay R249 a month. They have debited R962 and again debited R782 in April. The address on the statement they have claimed to send had the incorrect address on it. I logged a case for the first amount and received my refund. I logged second case and they claimed to have refunded me but I haven't received any refund. I personally will not use their services anymore once my contract ends. THIS IS BULL****!!!!!!!!!</p>
Unfortunately that's not good enough for me. I want my money end of business today. They claimed to have refunded me but no one from telkom contacted me to ask where to refund the R500 to. I logged two cases one in April and another one in May. They claimed to have refunded me on tge 23rd April and I haven't received the money. I am opening a case at the Police station because I believe there's some ***** taking place because they billed me for sending me statements but the address on the one and only statement i received ( which i requested) was not mine. I am very irate and if i don't get the funds before end of business today i will open a case. I am sick of your poor service.
