Telkom is making me pay for something that should be cancelled

Omg Telkom.. Your call centre managers are always in a meeting!!!! Never there to assist

Spoke to BLT Msila about my data contract that came to an end on the 23 March... I want to know as per the POPI act and CPA act who gave Telkom permission to make my contract a month to month option.. After me calling to say that it must be canceled at the end of contract.. Now when i want to take out a new contract with Telkom i get told that i am owing R697. 90... 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬...***... Is this how you guys treat your customers!!!!!

Please get this rectified immediately or i will take this further on every social platform!!!!!
