Please refrain from using you untruthful answers when speaking to customers as you make your company out to be ******* with the lies that you telling. I expect my service to be restored within 30 minutes without your stories as the company statement said to pay R843.78 ON OR BEFORE 5 January 2024. Yet my service was cut by your company on 4 January 2024. Your notification of service restoration will prevent me from publicising this incident.
