TELKOM is literally THE WORST service provider...

I AM FURIOUS to say the least. I took out an contract with Telkom 2 years ago, haven't received my DATA and airtime as the account and contract states, up until today NOTHING!! Even though my account has been paid every single month they never gave my my 1GB data and additional airtime as the contract I selected. NO ONE could assist me with the matter for 2 years?!?!?!? Ridiculous. So I stopped fighting and just kept paying my account. So now the two years is finished and I cancelled it in time so that it won't go off again. No I received 2 invoices again, one for R1490 and second one of R453, the simcard is not even in a phone and not being used for all of the 2 years. I phoned, was on the phone waiting for answer for 15 minutes. Then the lady said she can't help me she can't see what the amount is for. I Need to log a dispute - which I did last week already with NO ASSISTANCE at all. This is so ridiculous...
