Telkom is literally the worst company that has every existed - Stay far away!

Telkom honestly is the worst company I have ever come across in my life.

After months of phoning and emailing their cancellations department to move my number to prepaid I finally got somebody to do something.

This is all good and well except they CANCELLED my number and didn't move it to prepaid.

A number which I had for years, gone. The lady at the Telkom store tells me "Sorry, theres nothing that can be done about this. The manager of the store gives me the same response.

Going to the Telkom store is a joke, they can never do anything.

Phoning the call centre is a joke. They can never do anything either.

Stay far far away from these imbeciles. For your sanity.
