Telkom is letting our business down.

We are an Audit firm and we use phones everyday to communicate with our clients. Our phones just stopped working and we have been trying to reach Telkom. At first we tried to order new handsets and they said they have already sent them to us. It has been more than 2 months and we have not received them. We went again to complain on their website and they said query has been resolved. Nothing has been resolved and we are losing business everyday because our phones are not working.
