Telkom is ****ing my small business

I have been without internet for 15 days now and Telkom hasn't bothered to send someone to fix the issue. All I get is the same message about being sorry for the inconvenience. I run my business from home, so you can imagine how devastating 15 days without internet can be to a small business like mine. Telkom, you have broken my spirit. What you guys are doing to me is inhumane. This could very well be the end of my fledgling business. But I guess you don't care about me because I don't pay you thousands of Rands every month. If you guys have any heart, you'd phone me and sort this out, not simply message me on Facebook Messenger like you have for the last 2 weeks.
