Telkom is ka#k

I just took an emergency airtime so I can buy data but telkom has made it not work the balance kept on saying ETU balance is R5 but when you purchase data is says not sufficient funds to purchase a R4.80 bundle ,and suddenly the balance has dropped to R4.70 and still dropping but the data of the phone was closed all along ,I'm so mad what is the point of emergency airtime if it won't work!!!!!!!
