call logged ( ***5) on the 30th of June 2019 regarding DATA bought and not located to my number. Several calls were made and i was told that I will receive feedback from ( Austin Mathebula and Ndlovn19@Telkom), these managers takes us for nothing as they will never get back to us. This is my third case were I used my airtime for nothing.today i writing this because of Ayanda Sheeze who told me that i need to wake up and forget about my data and case as i won't get refunded. Thank you Telkom you can grow your business with our funds that were stole and one day will take it to court as am not the only one complaining about the same.
