Telkom is ***

I don't know why I am taking the time to write a review on Telkom service - Telkom and service does not deserve to mentioned in the same sentence!!!!! Tuesday I spoke to *********** person number 1 - Brenda Boardman - I explained Telkom sent me an sms on 21 January 2019 I owe them R385 so I paid R800 on 1 February 2019 why is my service suspended - after 20 minutes she agreed this should be sorted the same day she will send it to her manager - Wednesday I spoke to Kensani - explained the same thing and she also agreed I'm correct and wil also sort it out same day - again - ***** the next day so today I spoke Carmen - same thing but this time I owe a further R227 - imagine - I flip and loose my cool to the extend of heart attack possibility - after breathing and calming down - I make a payment and called back - then I spoke to Sindisiwe and by this time im gatvol of explaining but I cant speak to a manager before she knows the story so here we go for the forth time and now she decide to call her manager - arrive one Sibusiso I ask him for an e-mail address so he spell it out for me then I repeat in M for mike a for alpha and so on and he confirms its correct as I go along and then afterwards I ask for his surname - he gives it to me and I notice a difference in spelling in the email and the surname to which I ask is your surname in the email address and he confirms it. at this point I realise that a manager at Telkom cant spell his own surname and that I have to deal with a clown - I then realise that the state is run by a clown and clowns, what else do I expect! well I expect service good service but it's two words that Telkom and it's employees doesn't understand - can you believe they can even cancel your account you have to do it online!!!!! they are the worst ****ing company I have ever dealt with ............ brenda kensani carmen sindisiwe and sibusiso - shame on you and shame on you for not taking your work seriously, shame on you for being idiots and *********** representatives of a banana company in a banana republic, you truly represent Africa for the way the are seen by the world - *********** in ruling an already dark continent.

People - stay away from Telkom - when your contract is over do not renew and if you are thinking about a Telkom contract, don't I've had two years of hell.
